Your only option is Comcast. They are not cheap! ($ 40 + Internet + $ 40 cable).
Comcast is the broadest coverage of cable TV and high-speed Internet in the Seattle region. As for a decent center near Rainier Avenue go south to Tukwilla and South Center. If you take a quick and easy access to Rainier Avenue on the bus # 39 Metro for only $ 1.25 Good luck!
